Dr. Wesam Ashour ended an exchange period for training at the University of Glasgow

 

Dr. Wesam Ashour -the Vice Dean of External Affairs- ended an exchange period for training at the University of Glasgow in Britain, which is one of the oldest and best British universities, within t framework of the international Credit mobility funded by Erasmus Plus.

Dr. Ashour was received by the international relations staff at the University of Glasgow, represented by the Director of International Experience, the International Relations Officer for the Middle East, the International Partnerships Officer and the International Exchange Coordinator at the University of Glasgow.

The main focus of the training was how to build international relations and strengthen the network of partners, in addition to the need to strengthen cooperation between the Islamic University and the University of Glasgow through the continued existence of joint projects.

Among the activities of the visit, Dr. Ashour has received practical training on the operations and management of international exchange projects, which aims at transferring and exchange experiences, cultures and best practices in this field and to transfer such practices to IUG.

It is worth noting that IUG is a partner in more than ten international mobility projects that support staff and students exchange of the University to European partner university.
